Martha's - Discover Delicious Chinese-American Seafood in Beaumont, TX

If you are not hungry do not bother coming here, portions are big. Some things are better than others on the menu. Ordered cheeseburger plain and dry last time and it came with everything and all the condiments one could imagine. It was busy so I know several people think highly of the place. Ordering process seemed a little chaotic and the cashier did not seem friendly at all, seemed a little over stressed.

We got ourselves large fried rice and tenders. They have provided a decent quantity of food and the quality is also okay. Prices are also reasonable.

They did not disappoint. Frist time dinners. We asked a man walking in if they were good before we even entered the building. His enthusiasm sold us . We ordered the salt and pepper wings and shrimp with fries as he suggested. It was so good, pipping hot. Fresh, super crispy and flavorful. Let me talk about this batter...it was light and airy, with a hint of sweet that blended so well with the salt and pepper. Not to salty at all. Con: stay far away from the egg rolls. They were gross. Had a weird floral taste. We took one bite and spit it out. They didn't give a refund but did offer to make more but we opted not to try them again and instead got sodas in the their place. We will be back with friends.

Marthas food still tastes amazing. I haven’t been here since 2019 after graduating— i was a loyal customer. Chicken is crispy, but ask for it to be extra crispy for that delicious crunch. i’ve gotten half lemon pepper and half salt and pepper totaling 9 wings (I don’t know what happened to the 10pc..) the salt and pepper is fire with a nice sweet taste. Rating the chicken altogether a 9 out of 10. I rate the rice, a 2 out of 5. They can definitely do better with the rice. Plus, Martha’s used to have the plate loaded with rice instead of ONE section. The rice hasn’t been the best to me in years anyways. By the way, they did not ask if I wanted ranch, so I was surprised to open up the plate and see ranch there. I believe I should’ve been given the choice. Plus, many people do not prefer ranch or would’ve wanted it in a separate container. Overall, I’ll be back, especially for the chicken.

I love their salt and pepper chicken, fish and shrimp, and they also have the best shrimp fried rice besides Taste of China! I absolutely love them, plz try them out and you can't beat the prices!

This place is amazing and the variety is out of this world!!!! The chicken wings and combination fried rice is amazing!!!

The manager has a stank attitude she talks to her employees like they're nobodies. I just hate to see managers treat their employees like garbage. But the cooks are awesome. God help that lady with an attitude. I don't think me or any of my people are going to go there to buy any food and I will let other people know about her attitude just disgusting.03/2025 great people, but bad management.

I love love Martha's. My mom and I would go for our girls day and dine in. So, Im keeping our tradition and still going to Martha's dine in or carryout. The food is so good and the price is right.
